I met Christina at an open house in my neighborhood. She was helpful, positive, funny and not pushy which definitely was a good starting point. We weren't ready to move yet but she kept in touch. When we were ready, she used all the tools in her book to help us sell our house. There was some staging needed since we packed or sold some of our items, so she brought in some one for staging purposes. When it came time to take pictures, she had the perfect guy. I strongly recommend having good pics for your listing, they help immensely. The open houses were well signed and professional. With a price that was market ready, it took only 2 weeks for us to receive a strong and successful offer. For our area, 2 weeks was phenomenal. When it came time to fix a couple of things, she had a guy. :) Every situation that arouse, she was calm and very helpful. When things get a little crazy selling a house, she was there to listen and problem solve, mostly listening to me. haha. I had more than an incredible agent, I had a friend. She is beautiful inside and out, always laughing and smiling, has great real estate skills and lots of spunk. haha. You will enjoy your real estate experience with her as your agent.
