Tina has helped me with 2 real estate transactions in the past few years. The first was during a super hot market when timing was so critical to a buyer. Tina was readily available, knew what I was looking for and quickly kept me informed. She managed the process with ease and represented me well as the buyer. The second was selling a home that I was in the process of reno and rehabing. Tina offered advise on what buyers were currently looking for. Again, she was very responsive to my questions and knew the market for this home. She did several walk throughs at different points during the project. Her advise and suggestions were spot on. Most importantly she was patient with the progress I was making with the house. It took quite some time to be ready for the market. Once on the market, she relayed to me potential buyer feedback and effectively used the information to adjust her marketing strategy. My home sold within weeks and at a price I was very pleased with.
