As we were driving in from the East Coast, Christina was already helping identify houses we were interested in.  She was so helpful and patient with our requests, when we decided to buy our house we immediately called Sand to Sea properties.  Not only did Christina help us find the right house, in the right neighborhood, at a phenomenal price – she also assisted in finding new tenants to make breaking our lease as seamless as possible and made this our easiest move (out of 12 moves in 15 years, just saying)… It wasn’t just Christina, Frank the Broker and owner was extremely available throughout the process along with Lisa, our lender (Frank’s wife), who did magic to ensure the money was right –and boy was it right.  My wife and I were thrilled with the whole team and highly recommend Sand to Sea Properties to anyone coming to the San Diego or LA region.
