We have now used Tina 3 times, and if we ever have to sell we will use her again. She helped us buy our first home and then sell it 5 years later and buy our second home. Tina is always responsive and knows what’s going on with the market and will research the homes for sale around the one you are selling and buying. She is so good at knowing what price to list your house for and what price to put in for an offer that both times buying we got our first offer accepted and were still able to sell our home during Covid-19 in two weeks!
