I worked with Christina on the sale of my mother's home. I found her to be knowledgable about the market, skilled at marketing the home, compassionate in her personal interactions and extremely responsive to me questions and concerns. Selling my childhood home was not easy for me. She understood the personal side of selling the home. I didn't really know where to start, as the home needed to be cleared of all my mom's belongings and I wasn't sure what the home was worth or how to go about getting it all done. It seemed very overwhelming. I never imagined my real estate agent would be the one to put me at ease and address all my concerns. After touring the home, Christina prepared an project plan for me that included a "to do" list, complete with contractors and estimated project pricing recommendations and an expected timeline of the transaction and estimated costs associated with selling. Christina also photographed the home once it was emptied, cleaned and painted and she did an amazing job. I think the photos that were used in the listing were one of the main reasons we had so many showings and such a fast sale. She really understands real estate photography and how to get the best shot without deceptively portraying the space. The other reason we sold so quick was the pricing strategy. The initial recommendation was based on recent sales ("the comps") and during the 4 weeks I was preparing for the sale, she noticed that a home down the street was listed and went pending after just 2 days on market. Immediately recognizing the lack of inventory and high demand in the market, she slightly revised the pricing strategy and we ended up listing the home just over the current market pricing. Despite being priced over market, the home still garnered multiple offers over asking price in just 4 days - Great insight into the market! Most importantly- she understood me. She is fantastic.
