About Christina

Christina Dennis is a native to the Wilmington area, and spent her childhood growing up on Middle Sound Loop Rd. Wilmington is where she met her wonderful husband, Aaron, and is now raising her 2 children, AJ and Addy. It is also where she started her real estate career by helping her husband renovate and flip several homes over the last 7 years. During that time she fell in love with the process of not only finding homes for her family, but for others, and figuring out what truly makes a house a home. Christina has a unique perspective and advantage having experience building, renovating, buying and selling real estate in the area. Outside of the office Christina initially began her career as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, and loves working out. You can find her at the gym most mornings at 5am, or outside with her kids in the evenings. Her determination is unmatched, and her motto is, "It's a great day to have a great day!"
