My partner and I decided to purchase a home at the end of October 21' and Christina came highly recommended from a friend of mine as a specialist of the Long Beach Area. This was the first home my partner and I have purchased together so we were not sure of the whole home shopping process or even what type of home we really wanted. From the start Christina asked us what our "must have" things were in a home. We wanted a nice size yard for our pups to play in and a garage. We weren't sure how our budget would translate in the current market so we were open to both two and three bedroom homes. Christina went above and beyond in showing our homes. My partner and I work crazy work schedules (I work early mornings and my partner works the overnight) and she went above and beyond in accommodating us, scheduling viewings, and sending us listings we might be interested in. She was also really approachable and good at communicating with us. I would sometimes send listings I had found and she would always work them into our viewings. I also appreciated that Christina always told us that she "would never sell us a house that she wouldn't buy herself". She never hurried us to buy anything or make a decision quickly. In fact we must have seen 60 homes between October and January when we finally found "the one". I was a super picky buyer. Any little thing wrong with a house I would point out and Christina and I would discuss my options for changing it or renovating. Christina always stood up for us with other realtors/sellers too. We went back and forth with a particular house for at least 2 months. My partner and I really wanted the house but the seller had some outrageous contingencies. Christina did not pressure us to accept the contingencies and was not afraid to go back to the realtor and tell them no. We didn't end up with that house and it was for the best. We really appreciated Christina always standing up for us and guiding us through the process.
