Christina was great to work with; she was very patient and knowledgeable with this newbie seller. She was willing to be flexible on the few items we felt had importance (ie, our home backed on a cul de sac, which she hadn't included in the listing, and added it), and she explained in detail why we might need to lower our original asking price, without making us feel greedy or stupid. She provided us with back up information for everything she said, for instance, a map of the Mountain Falls development (where our home was), that reflected all the homes for sale in the area -- namely, our competition. It was an eye opener! When we requested a change in the listing, she responded immediately. She provided amazing vendors (photographer, inspector, etc) who were all very easy for both us and the buyer to work with. Christina also followed up every showing we had by contacting each showing agent to get viewers input (most viewers did not like the floorplan of our home, which was acceptable to us as we worked hard on everything we could to make it otherwise agreeable), and reported back to us within hours. During the escrow period, she was extremely responsive and let us know about each and every change, update, or delay within minutes of her own notification. Christina did all of this despite being a single mother of two young sons. We are in awe of her equal dedication to her career and her family. This young woman will go far.
