Christina is THE top notch real estate agent on the Emerald Coast of NC! She is locally based in Jacksonville but when we contacted her she went out of her way to show us houses anywhere we wanted to look. Since we were trying to sell our house out of state, Christina made every effort to walk us through our home digitally pointing out all of the good and not so good aspects of the home. After we decided to buy and move down, the sellers left the home in a terrible state. It was completely trashed after they moved their stuff out, to include a trashed lawn and leftover pool that we didn't want. Christina quickly called her contacts and had the home and yard professionally cleaned, pool removed, and contractors on standby to help with any and all work we wanted done. The state of the house was NOT her fault, but she has done everything to make sure we feel at home. This would have been a nightmare with any other agent, Christina continues to check on us and ensure that things are going smoothly with out transition to NC. We could not be more satisfied with her during every phase of the home buying process. Her expertise and local contractor network is above anything I ever expected. The experience was great - although we were going to sell as is, our agent Christina De La Cruz suggested we do a little work to get more in the sell and it worked. She was always available and ready to help - we were treated like family and can't ask for more.

Being overseas and buying a house had many challenges.
