Review for Christina Blue In 2018 we were looking for a realtor to help us sell our condo in the South Bay Area. We were introduced to Christina Blue through our son. We asked her to come over and see our place and give us some suggestions for improvements and to get ready to sell. After talking to her we really liked her and thought her knowledge of the real estate industry was solid. She talked about her strategy and how she would present our place to get the best results. So we met with her a couple more times in 2019 and when time came in August/September 2020 we already had our agent who we trusted. We knew she would be fair and do her very best for us. So she told us to make the home look as empty as possible, so we packed almost everything in boxes and put them in the garage and gave away everything we didn’t need. It really did look like no one was living there. We did everything she advised and it really looked great in the professional video and photos that we almost didn’t recognize it ourselves. It sold way above the asking price, which totally surprised us. Christina was great to work with, we trusted and followed her advise and it paid off. She is very professional, personable, a good leader and gives sound advise. She never pushed us to make a decision but explained everything along the way. The real estate world can be tricky especially right now during the pandemic and there are many unknowns that can influence the outcome. She helped us understand the pros and cons of every step through the process. Christina went above and beyond while we dealt with the troubles from our buyer's lender. She stayed with us through the 131 days of escrow. While she remained professional throughout the process, she also turned out to be a great friend as well.
