Initially we placed an offer that was immediately excepted on a property. Following the home inspection a number of deficiencies came up including structural issues that the seller was not willing to repair. We started our home search once again and quickly found another home and through skillful offer writing skills our offer was excepted immediately. Christina quickly ordered the home inspection and appraisal. The home inspection report came back from CIA home inspection very detailed and we felt confident moving forward. Although, the appraisal came in lower than list price. Christina was able to quickly and negotiate a resolution. We almost lost the house but Christina demanded that we have a sit down with the sellers to hammer out a price that was good for everyone involved. And it worked. She told me we were not going to lose the house and we didn’t.
Christina who also goes by Crystal was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us find our home. We got outbid several times and each time Crystal was even more determined to find us a home. When we finally found our home, Crystal somehow managed to work her magic to get the sellers to pay for half of our closing cost as well as cash for some small repairs. Crystal is a great agent who really cares about her clients before and after the home purchase. She worked really hard and we are so grateful we had someone who was looking out for our best interest. I cannot recommend her enough!
