She was very patient and never made us feel as if we were a bother. She became a friend through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy for us.

Mid 2022 is / was a horrible time to be a home buyer and it didn't help that I was unexpectedly needing to find a home post divorce. So given my budget and the housing market, finding a house wasn't going to be easy in the super hot Atlanta suburbia market. Christina listened my needs, which were a little unique and provided excellent guidance on what was available and what could be done in the current market. After seeing a few homes and putting in a couple of offers, we finally found a house that was a good fit for me, my son and my lifestyle. She guided me through the entire process, which I needed due to my busy work schedule and ongoing divorce process. She was invaluable in making sure I didn't drop the ball and answered all my questions no matter how inane. Where Christina really showed her knowledge of real estate and negotiating skills was when the appraisal came back nearly 10% lower than the agreed on asking price. I was crushed thinking I had lost the house because of how many times rental investors came in previously to buy homes that I had put in a bid. I'm not certain how she did it, but she negotiated to where I would only need to bring a 2-3% extra cash to the closing and the seller dropped the price to fit my budget. I can't recommend Christina enough for pulling off that miracle (in my eyes) and saving my sanity. I've been happily living in my new home for 2 weeks and I have Christina to thank for helping me with this new chapter in my life.

Christ is a knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and fun-to-be-around realtor! She assisted me with a difficult transition involving my fathers estate in the summer of 2021. She guided me through the process, negotiated on my behalf, and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire journey. I am so thankful for her!
