I can't express how helpful Christin was in assisting me with my home sale. She did everything for me and was even able to coordinate a remote closing based on a move out of state. Christin was always available, was very patient in explaining all the paper-work to me and the process. I moved before I sold my house, and Christin was diligent in maintaining the house for me, holding open houses, and taking care of everything. The house sold quickly and Christin made things very easy for me. I really appreciate her work ethic and her professionalism. This was the best and easiest home selling experience I've had in my 83 years. Love her!

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. Our house sold super fast at asking price. My husband and I were also coordinating the sale of my mom's house and the move and we didn't have to deal with anything in terms of the sales. It was the best realtor experience we've ever had (out of 8 purchases and sales in the past with other realtors!) Christin is extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and professional. She consistently went above and beyond to help us get things done - including helping us get furniture, plants, donations, etc. out of the house and even helped in selling items we didn't want to move. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Not all real estate deals go as planned, and it was very comforting to know that Christin was always there and willing to step in and provide guidance during our purchase. Christin was by far the hardest working realtor we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond in every facet and made the entire home buying process enjoyable.
