I worked with Christin and Daniel to buy my first investment property. I found the in person seminar to be extremely informative. I learned all about the numbers and different objective systems for evaluating rental properties. I absolutely loved using their website and built-in financial calculators to browse properties in the different markets, it was great that I was able to do the entire process online in my limited windows of free time at nights after work. I really appreciated that they gave me a solid understanding of all the different costs/expenses I need to consider in the investment besides just the mortgage payment. Best of all they made it easy. Christin was extremely patient and answered all my questions without being pushy at all. Once I was done with all my number crunching and reached a decision, finding a property that met my criteria was the easy part working with Marshall Reddick. They helped the transaction go smoothly after I found the property as well. I recently closed on my first property and I have to say that without Marshall Reddick it wouldn't have been possible!
