Christin made me, like I'm sure many of her clients, a top priority. She showed me properties in my range and even found me the house I'm moving into when I thought I had exhausted all houses in my range/style. She is simply the best!!

Christin did an amazing job helping us to navigate thru very challenging negotiations with the buyers/buyers agent. She presented their unpleasant "demands" (58 pages of requests for repairs - on a well kept home) with cheerful encouragement and held her ground, calling their bluffs. She did not pressure us to capitulate in any way but suggested reasonable responses to a multitude of ridiculous requests. We highly recommend Christin Gaona as a competent agent.

Christin is amazing! I'm a first-time home buyer and Christin was so patient! She walked us through the process of home-buying one step at a time and made us feel very comfortable. She answered all our questions and explained everything we wanted to know. She took us to see several places and listened to what we wanted. When we had questions about different properties, she contacted the sellers and HOAs right away and got back to us as soon as she had an answer (usually the next day!) We were not able to afford closing cost so she helped us ask the right price so that the seller would include the closing costs. Everything went so smoothly! She is very knowledgeable and has good connections (she can refer you to a good lender or home insurance provider). Definitely go with Christin, she is professional, friendly, and really good at her job!
