Just another sale for Christie. I think NOT! In todays crazy housing market, she not only sold my Villa for more than I was expecting. She set the prices for everyone else that decides to sell. Long story, but in a nut shell she appealed 1st appraisal and won. A 46k difference for 2nd appraisal. Plus she also helped me with getting my 1st offer accepted on my new house.
