What could we say? It was a truly a pleasure to work with Christie, Tori and the team from Dream Reality. We met Christie for the first time when she came to consult with us about selling our longtime home. She is gracious and honest. Christie's photographer and video-guy both captured the character and beauty of our home and it's unique location. Christie and Tori were able to put together an online presentation that helped the buyers find our home within days of the listing going live. We were very pleased with her professionalism. Her support with a bullet list of "when to expect what to happen" was priceless. She was always only a text or call way, and got back to us immediately. We could not offer higher praise, or more strongly recommend Christie and the Dream Team. One of our family members is already working with her to sell their home.

We had previously listed our house with another realtor who thought her job ended when she secured a buyer. Christy was there for EVERY showing. She had comps available for the appraiser which helped us get full price and she was there for the inspection as well. She made the whole experience wonderful. I recommend her without reservations!

I can not thank Christie enough for all of her hard work and efforts. She is a dedicated, experienced and committed agent that goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me buy and sell this house and truly made the whole process smooth. I can not thank her enough for everything she as done for me. I recommend her to everyone that asks and will absolutely work with her again when the opportunity presents. Choose Christie as your realtor, you will not be disappointed!

Christie had her work cut out for her when it came to helping us find a new home. She was patient and hard working through out the entire process helping us find a home with specific requirements. I lost faith in finding a home, but Christie never did. I highly recommend Christie for all your real estate needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christie! She was passionately involved with making sure we got what we needed, every step of the way. She was available to us, business hours and beyond, any and every time we needed anything. Beyond courteous, Christie took a vested interest in us, not only as clients, but as people. I highly recommend her to absolutely anyone in need of realtor services.

I worked with Christie when buying my house, and again with selling. If you want a realtor with excellent representation that takes all of the guesswork out of everything for you, she’s the one you want! I did not have to lift a finger and she streamlined every bit of the process and communicated every step of the way. You’re in great hands with Christie. She will also stick her neck out there for you in regards to making sure you are not being run through the ringer and get every bit of value both on the buying and selling side of the transaction. I could not say enough great things about her.

Thanks to Christie I had a very good experience selling my home. She listened to all my questions and concerns and honored all requests. Christie is a good communicator and promptly responds. I recommend Christie Mcswain to any homeowners looking to sell or buy!

Christie was amazing to work with. During our initital meeting regarding selling my home she was extremely prepared with market analysis and comparisons and provided a comprehensive plan on how she could help me sell my home as quickly as possible without sacrificing my return on investment. Thanks to Christie I had a fair offer on my home within 48 hours and an all but seamless closing.

Christie is a wonderful professional. She is thoughtful, considerate of her client's needs and a very knowledgeable realtor. Sometimes it felt like she could anticipate my needs and thoughts on selling my home. I enjoyed working with Christie and her office to sell my home. My home was listed for 4 days and we received an offer above asking price. I highly suggest Dream Reality and Christie McSwain.

Christie was wonderful to work with! She kept us updated every step of the way which was great since we were first time homebuyers. She also went above and beyond to make sure everyone involved (our lender, title agent, inspectors, sellers) were on top of everything and that everything went smoothly and our closing was on schedule. I will be recommending Christie to all my family and friends!
