I connected with Christie by chance during my visit to Catawba County. Knowing I was short on time, she was able to quickly show me five different properties that matched my needs. Without me even asking, she provided detailed information about the areas we visited, which was extremely important to me. Christie's ability to quickly assess the maintenance condition of a property is impressive. She was even able to point out issues caused by a homeowner neglecting to change their furnace filter as often as needed. I wish I had her level of expertise in this area. I do not believe others would have have been so readily available or as communicative during this time.
