Then, when we sold that house, she priced it perfectly. She then was our buying agent on the home we currently live in. It was bank owned, and that didn't phase Christie at all. Christie is an amazing agent. My Wife and I met her while going to many open houses and we always wound up looking at houses that were her listings and we were always impressed. The staging was always perfect, her communication is warm and engaging, and she is not a forceful agent and never pressured us in any way. Many agents will continue to call and email and harass for years later and they never actually seem like they can help you with your needs, selling or listing, but they just want the sale to make the sale and make some money off you. Christie and her team are about as perfect as you could hope for. She always answers the phone, she texts back immediately if she isn’t available. Her focus is making sure she is doing what’s best for you and not herself. We never feel pressured and never have been uncomfortable in any situation. I Wish we met Christie sooner l, but we have done a purchase and a separate listing with her and both times her expertise in real estate and the whole process just really makes you feel at home. From title, to writing and negotiating offers, to the end of escrow, Christie is always there to answer every question, research every possible detail for you, make sure there are no questions left, and she makes sure everyone else involved is on top of everything and doesn’t allow anyone else to fall behind.
