Christie is AWESOME!!! She actually helped us get into our new home and then to sell our old one. I actually knew Christie from a previous working relationship, years ago, and didn't even know that she was a realtor until something popped up on my Linkedin account with her face on it. It truly had to be God's timing because my husband and I had just decided to start looking. From first contact she walked us through. She introduced us to great lenders that showed us the same care and attention as she did. We had short windows to work through for purchase and for sell and she worked hard to make the magic happen. She gave us great advice in order for our old home to sell and she was diligent in providing us with options for new homes in the areas we wanted. She explained any terminology in documents that we needed clarity on. We had a date in mind that we wanted to be in our new home and between our faith, her work and God, we were in our new home on our 28th wedding anniversary! What a gift after living in the same home for 20 years to finally have this kind of blessing on that special day. We were overwhelmed with joy. Now the push was to sell the old home before having two mortgages to pay. She put in the same effort, if not more, to make it happen. And again, with faith, her hard work and God, we closed within the month where we could have had the expense of two mortgages. We really appreciate her work between us, contractors, buyer's agent, etc. to sell our old home. This home sell and purchase experience could have been so crazy if it was not for Christie's knowledge, commitment to the process and her kind gentle spirit. I would definitely recommend her to any friend or family. She is great at what she does because she has a heart for people and is motivated by them getting their heart's desire. She even suffered with health issues and family loss during this time, yet still remained committed to helping us. Again, she is AWESOME!
