She worked with us through a hurricane, a deal that fell apart at the last minute at no fault of ours or hers, had us under contract with a new buyer less than 24 hours after the first deal fell apart, & still got it sold. Only a true professional would work through a natural disaster, a buyer’s last minute divorce, and a government shutdown with a smile on her face and all the while, putting a pregnant seller’s mind at ease.
