I had the pleasure of meeting the Christie Di Lemme as the sellers Realtor and from the initial moment it was an immediate connection. She was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with directly. She went above and beyond in making my purchasing experience an easy transition.The closing phase, which can often be stressful, was seamless. She answered all of my questions via email as well as through text and worked diligently with my Realtor to expedite the purchase of my Condo. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband and we created an instant bond and friendship that helped seal the deal for me because I knew she was looking for my best interest. She was kind enough to leave me some of her staged furniture such as well as a beautiful TV Stand, Dining room set, Bed frame, Night Stand, Utensils, Dishes, Glassware, Pots and Pans, Cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom, new shower curtain and plastic liner for inside the shower just to name a few.
