Selling or buying a home can be a daunting experience at any stage of life. However, when you are selling your home at 77 years of age with little knowledge of real-estate, it can be particularly challenging and stressful! Real-estate agents abound but with no real means to evaluate which realtor might be right for you! Web-sites in general offer little in clarity... with one notable exception (in our case). Christie's web-site seemed to call to us... especially the client reviews. They seemed so genuine! We called based solely on an intuitive feeling! It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. I guess sometimes it helps to be lucky. We scheduled an appointment with Christie and John and we met for a walk thru. They surprised us with a portfolio that detailed how they would proceed from beginning to end. THEY DID EVERYTHING... and in an amazingly organized manner! Rather than dreading what land mines might lay ahead of us... we were able to relax and focus on our new life while Christie and john did all the heavy lifting. Christie and John are absolutely AMAZING! From day one, they were in front of every conceivable detail. They completely prepared our condo for sale and constantly kept us up-to-date, answering every question quickly, and making sure we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. They were available 24/7 and ALWAYS returned calls in minutes. . Their market knowledge and negotiating skills are second to none. In the end we received a very fair offer that enabled us to move forward in life with a sense of security. Their real estate team is highly professional and truly invested in their clients welfare... and happiness. They are true professionals!
