I could write a novel about the wonderful home buying experience my husband and I had, all thanks to Christie. From the very first email up until well beyond the closing date, she has been such an amazing person to work with. We could tell right away that she truly cared; she had no problem running from one end of town to the other to show us various houses, she listened to what we wanted in a house and offered advice that we are so grateful for. Christie has a wealth of knowledge; she’s not one of those real estate agents who does the bare minimum and shows you a listing. She’s right by your side checking out every inch of the home you want to look at; pointing out any issues she sees or that may arise. She helped us find an inspector to make sure the home was up to code and even made calls and fixed issues that we were having with our mortgage lender. On the day of closing there was a hiccup and Christie was able to find someone to take care of it in a matter of hours whereas if she didn’t have such great relationships with various people involved in the home buying process, we may have missed the opportunity to purchase the home. She has gone above and beyond what we would expect a real estate agent to do. If you are looking to buy or sell and want a stress free experience Christie is just the woman for the job. The only negative is that there’s only one of her.
