Christie Welch Carroll was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable in every aspect of the selling process. Unfortunately the sellers, their agents and lenders were a bit difficult and didn’t complete items in a timely manner but Christie was a champ, she kept them in check and made sure they didn’t delay more than needed. She helped to navigate us through decisions we weren’t familiar with and made sure we made the best decisions for ourselves. She’s honest, trustworthy and knows her stuff, you can’t go wrong using her as your agent.
