I was impressed at my first meeting with Christie (before a listing agreement) as she came completely prepared with a detailed marketing analysis, Prescott market analysis and general information about her company. After signing the listing agreement, Christie provided an excellent & detailed assessment of the house along with her recommendations for what needed to be done prior to listing, and just as important, what issues did not need to be addressed. Unfortunately, significant renovations were required prior to listing. Christie did an amazing job helping me find competent and trustworthy contractors to perform the required updates. Due to lingering COVID issues, the renovations took over 6 months to complete. Christie was a lifesaver for me as she was able to help answer questions for the contractors since I live in Phoenix. I'm sure she would have preferred to list my property earlier, but she was very understanding and helpful during the whole renovation process. Christie went above and beyond in preparing for the listing and first open house by ensuring the house was clean and inviting. I received a full price, all cash offer the second day of the listing!!
