When we purchased our home in December 2015 we used a different realtor, but we purchased our home that was represented by Christian Stone. He was very professional, and very prompt in all our dealings with him. When we closed, and moved into our new home, he introduced himself when he came to pick up his lock box and sign. I added Christian as a friend on Facebook and quickly learned that Christian was very proactive as far as his listings go. He would notify people of upcoming listings even before they officially hit the market, and it seemed his listings rarely stayed on the market for a long time. When we realized, we were going to be listing our home in December of 2016 I immediately started speaking with him about what we should do as far as renovations to help build the equity, we chose to do the stairs, 2 rooms and the backyard.
