Christian and his team were very attentive and flexible during my recent relocation to the Tampa Bay area. They showed us many different areas of the region and helped us narrow down our search based on what my wife and I were looking for - they are great listeners! The whole process went very smoothly, with exception of Hurricane Irma pushing our closing date back. I have purchased and sold many homes over the years, and I must say that this was the most pleasant transaction that I have ever done. Finding the right house: We had a meeting with Jon and Christian and talked about our goals and what the right house looked like. We spent time, in their office, looking at what was available in the market for homes that were in our price range. At the conclusion of the in office meeting, they set up some times us to visit some properties. The properties were focused on what we wanted and yes, we found the right home. Offer and acceptance: They did it all, we had a bit of a back and fourth on the price. However they worked with the selling agent so that our first offer was accepted. No back and forth with the never ending counter offers etc, they told us what it would take, in this multiple offer situation, and our offer was accepted. The nice thing is that Zillow says our new home is worth much more than we paid! Acceptance to Closing Jon and Christian made this easy. They scheduled all of the inspections, all we had to do was show up for 30 minutes after the inspectors completed their work and received a summary of their findings. Never experienced that level of service before! Closing They ensured that all the docs were ready for us when we arrived at the Title company. Quickest closing ever! In summary this was simply the best purchase experience I have ever had. Jon and Christian are our realtors for life!
