My wife and I worked with Christian Ruiz in 2014 to purchase our first home. We really cannot say enough great things about Christian. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He spent mornings, evenings, and even weekends over a time period of several months showing us a multitude of properties( my wife was very indecisive). As first time home buyers you can imagine the amount of questions and doubts we had, nevertheless Christian worked hard and answered all our questions from property insurance, taxes, loans, liens, and even design and home décor.
