I worked with Christian Knutti for six months and nearly every day for six months. Together we sold a home I owned and purchased a home. Christian is a saavy negotiator when it comes to putting in offers and accepting offers. He is reliable, hardworking, and knowledgeable of the law and the market. Perhaps his best attribute however is that he listens to his clients and learns about them- and in that -was very aware of my life and what I required in selling and buying my homes. His attention to detail is unparalleled. For six months, nearly every day we communicated. He always answered my calls or called right back. He is funny and kind and industrious. The stressful time of searching for a home in an inflated market was made easier because of his tenacity and willingness to be respectfully truthful about the homes I put offers on. In the end, we found the perfect home for me. I attribute this to him because I almost bought homes that were not right for me because I was getting a little desperate. When that happened Christian was the voice of reason about the cost and the “not letting go of my personal wish list”. I can’t actually say enough good things about my experience with Christian Knutti. I would recommend him to anyone who was taking the leap to buy or sell.

Christian is my “awesomeness”realtor! After first getting to know me, he had a great “sixth sense” of my likes and dislikes. I was moving into State and needed to make decisions. We looked at several houses and did not find one with my family’s special needs. Normally sales are not conducted this way, but due to me having to go back home to Virginia to finalize move and caring for a family member, Christian was able to keep in touch with me and FaceTime a home he found that met all my wants and wishes. I bought that home! I trusted his keen judgment and finally seeing the home, felt blessed. He was knowledgeable as well with paperwork, procedures, organizing which matter needed attention first and talking with me, especially after hours to answer my questions.
