As any home buyer knows, it can be intimidating, and the market I bought in was definitely a sellers market. Christian was extremely timely in a very hot market where the difference of a few hours could make or break a deal. He also went above and beyond in several instances and as another reviewer mentioned, "If I told you in this review exactly what he did you probably wouldn't believe me and I'd probably be committing him to things so above and beyond normal expectations that it's not my place." I know exactly what they mean and share the sentiment. I have no hesitation in recommending Christian as a real estate agent for a buyer or a seller and have already recommended him to some close friends. Additionally, he strikes me as a thought leader in real-estate and has written a book, hosted podcasts, and developed a blog that make him stand out where so many others are just riding the wave. Next time I am in the real-estate market Christian will be the first person I call.
