When it was time for us to sell our first property, we had no experience for this process. We chose Christian because he had experience in our neighborhood selling other homes, as well as a wide range of properties throughout Seattle that had a spectrum for their prices. Plus, we felt like his previous experience with home remodeling would be a great asset to have in case we needed to do work on our home before selling. From the time we met to the time we closed on our home, Christian was always super responsive and great at answering all our questions. He is super knowledgeable and able to explain his process in a way that isn't overwhelming. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely utilize Christian as our realtor again should the opportunity arise.
