My husband and I met Christian at an open house. We were very new to real estate and were looking at homes to get ideas about locations and features-getting our toes wet. He struck up a very pleasant and informative conversation with us and invited us to attend a home-buying class at his office to go over the ins and outs of the process. We did and met his business partner, Ashley Dolan. So we ended up with two great brokers looking after us! My husband and I are both veterans and were looking at using a VA Home Loan, which adds a little more complexity to the operation. Christian and Ashley both know the process inside and out and how to explain it to newbies. They are very proactive in making sure NO detail is overlooked. They even checked up on the bank and the VA inspectors to make sure things were moving forward with the loan. When problems arose with home inspections, they worked toward solving them and/or advised us when we should let something go & why. They also have gave us some tips that saved us from potentially bad situations. They helped keep us motivated when things seemed slow/tedious/bleak. Most importantly, they listened to us and NEVER tried to push us out of our comfort zone, either with a house itself or with the financials. I have heard scary stories from friends, family, and co-workers about how stressful buying a house can be, but Christian and Ashley made the process MUCH easier! They give great advice and we ended up purchasing a wonderful home thanks to their efforts. Agents want to sell houses, but these two brokers want to make certain you get what you're paying for and, most importantly, that you love what you get.
