There is no better realtor in Florida than Chris Davis. Having someone you trust to manage your properties when you don't live in the city can be quite difficult and we (and our tenants) have found in Chris a reliable, fast, ethical, balanced person to work with. He is an incredible person and realtor and we are very grateful and consider ourselves lucky to be able to do business with him. He is our eyes in our properties and he had handled expeditiously any difficulty and last minute need or maintenance requirements from our tenants, day or night, 7 days a week.
