Christian Cardamone

I've now utilized Christian's real estate and property management services on 3 different properties including 2 property purchases, 1 property sale, and 2 property rentals. Is there any better barometer for gauging the quality of his service than having repeat customers? His knowledge of the local real estate climate is unmatched, he seems to know every pertinent service provider in town, and his ability to walk less knowledgable folk (like me) through the results of home inspections to help prioritize fixes and updates is invaluable. He makes the process as easy as possible--I can't recommend him enough.

Chris is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. He always kept me in the loop and brought up several potential pitfalls along the way that did not across my mind. He was a great asset to myself and my family.
