I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else. We had been in our first home for over 25 years and we did not plan to move. Once we made the decision to move to a condo to simplify our lives, we contacted Christi. The selling process was very difficult for me. This was the home that my husband and grew together in and it was hard for me to see the for sale sign on the front lawn. I had been watching what properties in our neighborhood had been selling for and Christi and I had the very same idea on price. Though I was very attached to our home I tried to be realistic about our home's value. When there was a glitch before the open house I came to unlock an odd door and I saw how Christi had set up our home. My comment to her was "I never saw all this stuff at any of the open houses I went to." She said that is because they did not have an "A1 realtor". Christi was always available via email and text messages at all hours of the day and night. Her communication was clear and she available for help anytime I had questions. She was right on top of things when there was a question on a recent HELOC payoff and really helped smooth things for the closing. Christi was great in representing us but also good explaining the buyer's concerns. She is principled and has integrity. I don't think we could have been in any better hands.
