House was way less than the advertised square footage(found this out after the close). No professional representing us informed us of this after reviewing appraisal. I was pressed to make a decision and give more cash to the seller within hours of offer because our agent told us we needed to Immediately. We felt very pressured and pushed. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with real estate and I’ve sold and bought many homes. She played both sides and made it seem like we were protected. I would have expected my agent to represent us for the buying side. I had to reach out to the broker because of several issues over her head after not receiving assistance or contact from her end. This app does not allow me to give zero Stars.

Christi practically knows what you need before you do! She brings market savvy, extensive experience, patient tenacity, and unending compassion so that her client can successfully find a new home in today’s stressful market. It was rare that she didn’t have a former client or a friend who is a residence in almost every neighborhood we visited. This meant that she could talk about a property with authority and knowledge that is invaluable to one coming from out of town.

Simply put, Christi was excellent. I’ve had several real estate agents in the past and she alone was better than all of them combined. I’m new to the area and didn’t have an agent and she was highly recommended. Christi made the whole process seamless and as various minor issues arose she was quickly able to correct them or give us the advice needed resolve the issue. I highly recommend Christi, and if you hire her rest assure, you have one of the best agents around.

When my wife and I were considering selling our home, we reached out to Christi Cook who we were familiar with from our church. She wasted no time coming to our home and assisting us in preparing our home to be placed on the market. She spent a lot of time talking with us and walking us through the process. She then spent even more time with us gaining an understanding of what we wanted in our new home. She would send us updates on properties spanning four separate counties. If there was a home we were interested in, she would immediately set up a time for us to see it. It took a little time to find exactly what we were looking for in the parameters we were looking, but she found it and we couldn't be happier.
