I feel terrible that this review is now 9 months overdue but I totally forgot about it. 3 years ago, we chose Christal as our buyers agent on the house we just sold. She was the most responsive and honest person of all the agents we dealt with during our search. Her Midwest values and ethics are above reproach. She’s also extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and thorough. She did such an amazing job representing us on the purchase side, when we decided to take a new job and relocate during Covid, there was nobody else we would have wanted to work with. My wife and I are big believers in fate, karma and being the best people we can be above all else. When I told Christal we were going to list our house for what it appraised at a year earlier, she respected our decision and our reason why; we simply couldn’t allow ourselves to take advantage of a new buyer simply because of the pandemic buying frenzy. We could have sold our house for $20k more than we did which would have made Christal even more money. She was a trooper; she understood, supported and respected our position and wishes and got our house sold in one day. If you’re buying or selling in Harford County Maryland, there’s no other agent I could recommend more than Christal. She’s an amazing mom, wife, person and agent. You won’t be disappointed.
