I felt alone and nervous at settlement as well. But all has gone well with.
Her market knowledge was good. But I felt she did not go beyond the call of duty and I felt she had a lot going on perhaps training a new realtor who could not find the keys and that caused extra work for me to get a new set over night. My neighbor found the key exactly where I said it was. The garage door code was never changed but maybe that was on the new owner but a lot of people had the code. Just little things that frustrated me. I knew it was not her job to take my router back but it would have been a kind gesture since I was 100 miles away. . I just stayed overwhelmed.
