My wife and I used Christa in 2019 to sell our house in Hilliard and to represent us in buying land and building a house in Union County. Christa sold the Hilliard house within 5 days with minimum hassle. When my parents passed last spring, my sister and I contacted Christa to sell their condo in Marysville. Again the house had a contract within a week of going on the market and sold at asking price. Her knowledge in staging and marketing made both sales extremely easy. In addition, the contract negotiation for the condo took place while she was on family vacation but she took the time to take care of us despite the fact she was on vacation.
