My wife and I are new to the Louisville area and did not know much about the housing market but Christa did a great job getting us up to speed on this. In addition, we had very particular interests in terms of price, location, lot size, house layout, and other factors and Christa was able to help us find candidate homes that fit our criteria, without wasting time with homes that did not. In looking at homes she was able to point out features that met or did not meet our criteria that we did not notice myself. After an extended search we found a house that my wife and I are quite satisfied with.
