It turns out that she knew exactly what she was doing, because we got an offer well over the listing price! She was knowledgable about the market, the local area, and the neighborhood buyers. Her photo's of our house were awesome, and I think were a factor in getting buyers interested in looking at our house. We also needed to rent back the house for a few months, and she negotiated that part of the deal very skillfully, which means it saved us a lot of money.
