Christa Madrid exceeded my expectations in every way during the home buying process! I was in a unique experience where I was relocating back to Denver from China. Because the housing market was strong, and because I had limited time to find a house when I landed, I decided to begin my search from China. Christa went out of her way to accommodate me as a buyer even though I was half way around the world. She was diligent with her home showings, open for phone calls early in the morning or late at night, and explained all of the details regarding the market, seller, purchase agreements, etc. Because of her experience and hard work, I was able to place an offer on the perfect house in the community we wanted to be in before I moved back from China!!! I really appreciate everything that Christa did for my family and me, and I will ONLY work with Christa for any home buying experience.
