We have now gone to Christa for the 3rd time! We have relied on her to be our buying agent and now twice as a selling agent. We wouldn't use anyone else in the central coast. We sold our home in one of the tougher housing markets, and I believe no one could have done it better. She is extremely knowledge about what it takes to sell. Everything from marketing our home to connecting us with the best local services (landscaping, cleaning, etc.) to prep our home. Beyond our confidence in Christa and her team to execute the sale of our home, she is also SO easy to chat with and listens to everything we have to say before she shares her thoughts with us. She responds to every question we have immediately, and does her best to shed light on concerns. If we ever move back into the area, she will be the first person we call.
