My father passed away in March 2020 and I had the responsibility of selling his property in San Luis Obispo. That was very challenging given that I live in Virginia and only occasionally got out to California, and was extremely busy at work with very little time to dedicate to getting the house ready for sale, marketing the house, and getting it sold. Christa was very helpful in arranging tradesmen to come in and fix up the house, getting all the necessary inspections done, responding to those inspections, providing advice in what was worth improving in the house and making selections on items such as dishwashers and paint. Frankly, I don't think it would have gotten done without her and her team. And as a bonus, the house sold well above list price and closed on time. I could not recommend her enough.
