Being in the Real estate world myself I had concerns trusting someone else marketing and selling our home. (Work in the AZ market not CA) I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides Christa Lee Canaday and her team. Christa Lee and her team went above and beyond for the sale our home. She knew the market as well as guided us on a mini renovation prior to listing our home. Long story short she priced our house so competitively that we had a bidding war on our home the day it hit the market. The pictures, marketing material, as well as her rolodex of buyers was next level. Our house ended up going way over asking price. Christa Lee may be the hardest working person we know! She helped us find our "forever" family home and we are forever grateful. She's VERY responsive, on top of her game and knows the answer to just about anything (or will find it on a dime). You will not find a more responsive, more helpful, harder worker in her industry (or others for that matter!). She knows her market, is prepared and is creative.
