My first interaction with Christa....On the intercostal boating/cruising relaxing with a couple friends. We see a large banner on a corner lot with her number and listing info. I knew I eventually wanted a property but had zero idea what the prices were like. So I called her, explained that eventually I would get something but wanted to know by how much I could not afford the listing we saw. Sure enough out of my league. Anyway, I told her to be patient and that I would from time to time reach out to her. After about 6 months she set up different search criteria including different price ranges and different geographic ranges. All had to be on the water or have access to a dock. As properties came on the market I would get notices. If I saw something I would call and ask questions. She ultimately had a good idea what interested me and would be honest and tell me if I wouldn't be happy with that property for a specific reason. About one year later we put an offer in and it was accepted. The townhome complex (7 units) we purchased in were all getting a new roof. We were supposed to close in July when the roof was completed but Christa said lets put in that the closing will take place upon completion. Well with all the supply chain issues going on, the roof was completed in early December and we closed December 20th. So appreciative of that little clause she wanted to put in. Without the new roof we would not have been able to get insurance to protect our investment going into the hurricane season. I would highly recommend Christa.

She went above and beyond, held my hand through the entire process and worked tirelessly until I got the home of my dreams. I have an amazing home because this woman worked relentlessly for me. Where to start... Christa is tireless, patient, available, and appropriately aggressive on pricing (in your favor). I initially contacted Christa to purchase a modest 2BR/3BR property for a rental. I was all over the place, changing cities, changing housing type, etc. I even had her place two written offer and then asked her to rescind both. She never complained and although she acknowledged it was uncomfortable for her, she said she worked for ME and wanted ME to be happy. She never rushed my purchase and in the end I found a dream AirBnB property that increased in value 50% within 12 months of purchase. On top of this, Christa has remained available providing me information on Real Estate resources like Handymen, Plumbers, AC contractors, etc. I cannot recommend Christa more. She is very passionate about this business, is well connected, and has a strong desire to make sure her customer is happy. She is willing to work with customers ranging from multi-million SFH to 55+ condos.

Christa was extremely knowledgable about the area. Her expertise and guidance in this process was fantastic. When selling or buying a house in the future I would not hesitate to contact Christa.
