Christa was patient and knowledgeable about the market. We went through so many homes in a couple of months. By the second week, she sent me listings that I was always eager to see and enjoyed the viewings. Christa gave good advise, had insight that was informative in relation to what I was looking for and of coarse my budget. We looked at more than 10 listings and had amazing times and lots of laughs. Overall, she brought coffee, and food depending on the time of day. An awesome lady!! I gained a wonderful realtor whom I can refer people to. Most of all I gained a friend!! She is an asset.

Christa's strong work ethic was evident from my first encounter with her at the Susi Karr Realestate office. She literally attacked the market for offers that exceeded my expectations as the seller, and worked dilligently with the buyer's agent to get the deal done expeditiously. There were many problems to overcome, and one-by-one they were dissolved, dispite the buyer's agent incompetence. She also procured the best closing agent out of three posibilites for me.
