When we made the decision to put our home on the market back in May, Chrissy was an immediate and huge help. She gave us great advice on what we needed to do to get our home "market ready". She helped us with the staging process and most importantly, she enlisted the help of a fabulous videographer/photographer for the listing photos. With her knowledge of the current market, we were able to list our home (for more than we thought we would be able to) and then wait for that right offer. Our listing went live in June and so we headed off for a vacation. Chrissy even hosted an "open house" complete with goody bags, snacks, and bottled water!
