Once again, Chrissy nailed it for us. She explained how and what to prepare and expect throughout the process. Full price offer within hours of first open house. Accepted! Chrissy also has a team on call to help finish up your property and that was a huge asset. She was also able to recommend a moving company as we were moving out-of-state (Solid shout-out to Watson Moving and Storage, what a great experience!) and we easily settled into our new home. Closing was flawless, even arranged a Notary to come to our new home to sign all the papers and legalities and all paperwork was overnighted to Ft Collins.
